Finally did my first show in donkeys years at the open studios at Cockpit Arts, last weekend. I was really pleased with my stand and the overall general reaction. I even made some sales. Lots of response to the toys, which was fantastic to watch. Young children especially girls from 7-16 and adult females 20-35 with young families etc seemed really captivated by the toys. My prints attracted attention, adults tended to respond to the images which was curious, but the pictures were received well! Yay.

Also lots of people loved Crump the fallen poet and now homeless hobo uberpup critter. He is a character who had everything and now has lost it all. His popularity is good to know for the future. I made a large felt toy version of him (see below) and he sold along with my fat punch bag like Sweeney toy.
